Keen organizational skills have always been part of what Christina calls her ‘quirky’ personality—and at altisSPR those skills are a huge asset. Juggling candidate inquiries and client requests each day, Christina says time management is key to every consultant’s success. “The constant flow of activity is exhilarating,” she reflects. “You’re energized by it. It makes it easy to maintain the positive attitude that every good recruiter needs to have.” Christina embraces the fresh challenges and opportunities that arise with every customer interaction. “Clients depend on us to provide them with a resource who will get the job done efficiently. The greatest satisfaction comes from placing a professional you know will do just that,” she says. She is convinced that the company’s caring nature is behind its outstanding reputation. “The loyalty of our clients and candidates speaks volumes about altisSPR,” she says. Christina has her B.A. honours in Criminology and Psychology from Carleton University. In her free time, she enjoys honing her skills as a photographer and quenching her insatiable thirst for reading. She is also an opera enthusiast and never misses a show at the NAC.
